As announced at the 2020 Australasian Conference last month, we have detailed information on the changes that have been applied to the Compensation Plan, effective 1st March, 2020.
Chris Simons, Mannatech’s Regional President of EMEAA, Central and South America presented the 2020 Compensation Plan Enhancements outlining four major tweaks that are heading our way. For a link to Chris’s presentation slides:
The first, is an increase in our First Order Bonus (FOB) from 15% to 25%. The FOB pays commission on the price paid for the first product order. The FOB pays to the enroller for the first product purchase after the new Associate or new preferred customer’s enrollment date. Full CV is applied on all subsequent orders as expected.

Secondly, changes will be applied to the Auto Order Loyalty Credit Program. Preferred Customers originally, were able to accrue a maximum of 10% Loyalty Points per month. Changes from March 1st, now allow both Associates and Preferred Customers to accrue a maximum of 20% Loyalty points per month for every automatic order. Note that the tiered system is still in place for automatic orders from month one through to month seven. Once a preferred customer or associate has reached the seventh month of automatic orders, they are able to accrue the 20% and not before. Thirdly, Chris also presented details on the Weekly pay option via the e-wallet (Mannatech Pay) function. The following are eligible for Weekly Pay:
- Auto Ship Qualified Personal (AQP) Bonus
- First Order Bonus (FOB)
- Business Development Bonus (BDB) – Team 2 & Team 4

All three changes listed above take effect on March 1st, 2020.
Lastly, Chris presented details on the proposed Customer Affiliate Program, which will be launched in Quarter 2, 2020. This follows closely to the recent pilot program (Customer Referral Program) that our market rolled out in Q4, 2019. More details to come.
